Free date poll
Find the date that works for everyone. List a few options, share one link, and let the group vote. No accounts, no app.
How it works
- 01Add a title, your name and the dates you could do, with times if you like.
- 02Share the poll link in your group chat or email.
- 03Everyone answers Yes, If need be or No for each date.
- 04Pick the winner. Voting closes and you can create the event on that date.
Poll your guests on the invitation itself
On an RSVPlinks event, open a date poll from the event dashboard: guests vote on the invitation, you pick the winner, and the page fills in the date and starts taking RSVPs. Voters who leave an email hear the date. Free on every event.
Questions
Do I or my guests need an account?
No. You make the poll with your name and a title, and everyone votes with just their name. Nobody signs up, and the poll asks for no emails.
How do people vote?
Each person answers every date with Yes, If need be or No. You can turn If need be off for a plain Yes or No. The poll shows the totals and marks the most popular date.
Can someone change their vote?
Yes, from the same browser: the poll remembers their vote, so they can change or remove it until you pick a date.
How many dates can a poll have?
From 2 to 20, each with an optional start and end time. Add the same day twice to offer two time slots.
How do I manage the poll?
The browser you made it in is the organizer. Copy the organizer link to manage it from another device. Pick a date to close voting, reopen it, remove a vote or delete the poll.
What happens after I pick a date?
Voting closes and everyone sees the date. You get a button that opens a new RSVPlinks event already filled with that date, time and title, so you can send invitations and collect RSVPs.
How long is a poll kept?
Polls are deleted 30 days after their last date.
