Free meal train
Organize meals for a family who needs them. Pick the days, share one link, and friends sign up to bring dinner. The address stays private to people who sign up.
How it works
- 01Add who the meals are for, how many people, allergies and the drop-off time.
- 02Add the address and phone: only people who sign up will see them.
- 03Pick the days and share the link with friends, coworkers or your congregation.
- 04Each friend takes a day and says what they're bringing. They get the address and a reminder the day before.
Put the sheet on your invitation
On an RSVPlinks event, add up to 3 sign-up sheets from the event dashboard. They show on the event page in your colors, guests sign up without replying first, and you see every sign-up next to your guest list. Free on every event.

Questions
What is a meal train?
A shared calendar where friends sign up to bring meals on set days, for a new baby, a surgery, an illness or a loss. Each day takes one meal, so nobody brings lasagna on the same night.
Who sees the family's address?
Only people who sign up for a day, on the sheet and in their emails, and you. Everyone else sees the town, the drop-off time and the family's likes and allergies, so the link is safe to post in a group.
Do I or my helpers need an account?
No. You make the sheet with your name, and helpers sign up with their name and email. Nobody downloads an app or makes a password.
Why do helpers give an email?
They get a confirmation, a reminder the day before their slot, and a link to change or cancel. Only the organizer sees the address; other helpers see names and notes.
Can someone change or cancel their spot?
Yes, from the same browser or from the link in their confirmation email. A cancelled spot opens up for someone else right away.
How do I manage the sheet?
The browser you made it in is the organizer. Copy the organizer link to manage it from another device, or give your email and we'll send it. You can edit slots, see everyone's email, remove a sign-up, close the sheet and delete it.
How big can a sheet be?
Up to 60 days, shifts, items or rides, each with up to 50 spots. Two people can't take the same last spot.
Can I add a sheet to my event's invitation?
Yes. On an RSVPlinks event, add up to 3 sheets from the event dashboard. They show on the event page in your design and guests sign up without replying first. Free on every event.
How long is a sheet kept?
Sheets are deleted 30 days after their last date. A sheet with no dates goes 90 days after the last sign-up or edit.
