Free online retirement card
A retirement card the whole office signs. Coworkers add memories and wishes from one link, and you give it to the retiree at the send-off.
Free for up to 15 messages · $6 (or 1 credit) for up to 300, with photos and scheduled delivery
How it works
- 01Add the retiree's name. The headline, Gold Classic template and page-turn opening are set for you.
- 02Post the link in your team channel or email thread, including people who've moved on.
- 03Everyone shares a memory or a wish; on an unlocked card, with a photo.
- 04At the party, send the retiree their link, or schedule the email for their last day.
Throwing a party for them?
Make the invitation on RSVPlinks and put the card on it: guests sign from the event page, in your colors, and you send it to the guest of honor when the day comes. Free on every event.

Questions
How do I collect retirement messages from the whole office?
Make the card with the retiree's name and post the link in your team channel or email. Everyone adds a memory or a wish. A free card takes 15 messages; unlock it for up to 300, enough for a whole department, with a photo on every message.
Is it free?
Yes, for up to 15 messages, with no account. Unlock the card for $6 or 1 credit for up to 300 posts, a photo with every message and a scheduled email to the recipient.
Do people need an account to sign?
No. Everyone opens the same link and adds their name and a message, plus a photo on an unlocked card. Nobody downloads an app or makes a password.
How does the recipient get the card?
Copy their private link and send it however you like, or have us email it: right away on any card, or at a time you pick on an unlocked card. A card can be emailed 2 times. Their link plays an opening animation and has no "Add your post" button.
Can I remove a post?
Yes. The organizer can hide, show or delete any post. Posts our filter flags wait for you to approve them, and anyone can edit or delete their own post from the browser they wrote it in.
How do I manage the card?
The browser you made it in is the organizer. Copy the organizer link to manage it from another device, or give your email and we'll send it, with a daily note when people sign.
How long is a card kept?
A free card is deleted 12 months after its last post or edit. An unlocked card is kept until you delete it.
Can guests sign a card from my event's invitation?
Yes. On an RSVPlinks event, make the card from the event dashboard's Group card tab. Guests see a "Sign the card" block on the event page, in your colors. Free on every event.
