Free tool
Collect addresses for your invitations
One link where guests type their own mailing address. No more chasing a group chat for zip codes: the addresses are checked and land in one list you can download or mail from.
Free with an RSVPlinks account
Make as many links as you need; guests send addresses with no account.
Start collecting addressesHow it works
- 01Sign in free and make a link, named for what you're sending ("Our save the dates").
- 02Share it in a text, an email or as a QR code.
- 03Guests type their name and mailing address; each one is checked with the postal service.
- 04Download the list as a CSV, or mail postcards to everyone from RSVPlinks.
Then mail the cards for you
Save the dates, invitations and thank-you cards printed and mailed to every address on your list. Design a postcard, and we print, stamp and mail one to each guest.
Questions
Do my guests need an account?
No. Guests open your link, type their name and mailing address (and an email if they like), and press Send. Nothing to sign up for or download.
Do I need an account?
A free RSVPlinks account, so the addresses are saved somewhere only you can see. Sign in with email or Google; there is no charge to collect addresses.
Are the addresses checked?
Yes. Each one is checked with the postal service as it arrives and marked if it looks undeliverable, so you can follow up before you mail anything.
Can I get the list as a spreadsheet?
Yes. Download every address as a CSV that opens in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, ready for a mail merge or your stationer.
Can I share it as a QR code?
Yes. Each link has a QR code to put on a card, a shower sign or a group text, and you can close the link when you have everyone.
Who can see the addresses?
Only you. Guests never see each other's addresses, and the link's page doesn't show your list.
