A free event registration page

For classes, meetups and workshops, where a guest simply signs up. Your event page gets one button, a confirmation and an easy way to cancel, with nothing for guests to install or log in to.

One button

No Going, Maybe or No. The button says Register, Sign up, Reserve a spot or Join.

A confirmation they can keep

A confirmation on screen with Add to Calendar, and by email when you collect emails.

Easy to cancel

Guests cancel from their confirmation, which frees the spot for someone else.

Your list, in one place

See who registered, email them, export a CSV and ask your own questions.

Free QR tickets

Turn on tickets and scan guests in at the door from any phone.

Charge if you need to

Take a fee by card (6% + 50¢ per payment) or by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Cash App.

Questions

Is event registration free?

Yes. Register is free on every plan. A free event takes up to 20 registrations. Paid plans start at $7 per event, one time, and go up to 1,000 registrations. Guests never pay to register unless you charge a fee, and they don't need an account.

How is Register different from RSVP?

RSVP asks every guest Going, Maybe or No. Register has no reply choice: one button, and the guest is on your list. Choose it under How guests respond in the RSVP settings, on any event, at any time. Every template, layout and effect works in both.

What can the button say?

Register, Sign up, Reserve a spot or Join. You can also type your own wording under Customize wording.

Can a guest cancel?

Yes. A guest opens their registration from the confirmation screen, or from a link emailed to the address on it, and chooses Cancel my registration. You see them as Cancelled, and they can register again. Cancelled names never show on your public guest list.

Can I limit spots and keep a waitlist?

Yes, on any paid plan. Set a limit on registrations or on guests. When the event fills, new registrations join a waitlist, or the form closes if you turn the waitlist off. Free events stop at the free limit of 20 shown on the plan.

Can I charge for registration?

Yes. Turn on RSVP Fee to take card, Apple Pay and Google Pay on any event (6% + 50¢ per payment), or Venmo, Zelle, PayPal and Cash App straight to you on a paid plan.

Can I check people in at the door?

Yes. Turn on tickets and each registered guest gets a QR ticket. Scan it from any phone with the free check-in scanner.

What happens if I switch back to RSVP?

Going, Maybe and No come back with your earlier wording. Nothing about your guests changes. Anyone who answered Maybe before you switched to Register stays Maybe and isn't counted as registered until they change their reply.
