How it works

  1. 1

    Pick a design

Open a template and the editor starts with the design, sample wording and Tickets already switched on.

  2. 2

    Add what you're selling

Save the event, then add ticket types in the Tickets tab: prices, stock, sale dates and promo codes. Set up card payments with Stripe to take money.

  3. 3

    Sell and scan

Share one link. Orders arrive as they happen, and the door scanner checks in each buyer's QR ticket on your phone.

Questions

What does selling tickets cost?
6% + 50¢ per paid ticket, with Stripe's card costs included and no monthly fee. Paid tickets don't count against the event's plan, and free tickets do.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go to your bank through Stripe. A first-time seller's money waits until 3 days after the event, so a new seller can refund buyers if plans change.
Who pays the fee?
You choose. The buyer can pay the 6% + 50¢ platform and card processing fee, shown in the price they see, or you can absorb it from the price.
Can I give away free tickets?
Yes. A ticket type can be free, or a promo code can take 100% off. Free tickets count toward the event's plan limit, and paid tickets don't.
