Event platforms compared: RSVPlinks, Luma, Eventbrite, Partiful, Evite and RSVPify
These six all put an event online, and they're built for different hosts. Eventbrite and Luma lean toward public and professional events, Partiful and Evite toward parties, RSVPify toward organizations that run events every month, and RSVPlinks toward a host who wants one designed page for one event, paid for once.
Facts read from each vendor's own pages on November 1, 2026. RSVPlinks is one of the products compared.

A cross means the vendor says it doesn't offer it, or for RSVPlinks that we don't. “Not found” means we looked through its public pricing and help pages and saw nothing either way. It may still exist. A number links to the source.
Where RSVPlinks does well
- One payment per event ($7–$39), with nothing that renews and no lockout afterward.
- No ads, account or phone number for guests on any page, free or paid.
- An event page that grows into a website with sections, on your own domain if you want.
- Every layout, page effect and animated intro is free.
- RSVP, registration, tickets and approval are one setting on the same page.
- A party's other jobs in one place: sign-up sheets, date polls, group cards and gifts, party games, a seating chart, mailed postcards.
Where RSVPlinks falls short
- The free plan stops at 20 replies per event and 5 events, a much lower limit than several free plans below.
- No marketplace: nobody finds your event by browsing RSVPlinks, so you bring your own guests.
- No native phone app: hosts and guests use the browser, and the dashboard can be added to a home screen.
- No text messages: reminders and blasts go by email, so you can't reach a guest by SMS from here.
- No public API or Zapier connection.
Questions
- Which event platform is free?
- All six have a free way in. Luma's free plan has no limit on events or guests and takes 5% of paid tickets. Eventbrite is free to publish and charges on paid tickets. Partiful's core is free. Evite's free invitations carry ads. RSVPify's free plan takes 100 registrations a month. RSVPlinks is free for 20 replies per event on up to 5 events, which is the lowest limit here on free guests.
- Which event platform is cheapest for one event?
- It depends on the guest count. For a free event of any size, Luma and Evite cost nothing, and Evite shows ads. For a larger private event with no ads, RSVPlinks is a one-time $7–$39, up to 1,000 replies. Evite Premium is $17.99 to $99.99 per event by guest list size.
- Which platform is best for selling tickets?
- See our ticketing comparison, which works out the fee at each ticket price from each vendor's published rates. No single platform is cheapest at every price.
