Limited spots, then a waitlist

Set a limit on a paid plan, and new sign-ups join a waitlist when you're full. You promote from it in order.

Free spots through Register, or sell them through Tickets at 6% + 50¢ per paid ticket.

Kits and materials

Sell a take-home kit or an apron as an extra with its own stock, bought alongside a spot.

The same class, every week

Recurring Events ($6 on a paid plan) repeats a class, with each date on its own page and list.

Online classes too

Add a join link and it goes only to students who signed up or bought a spot.

Check in the room

Scan each student's QR code, or tick them off your list, from any phone.

How it works

  1. 01Pick a class template, then add your date, place and what to bring.
  2. 02Choose Register for free spots, or Tickets to sell them. Once card payments are set up, the Class set adds a spot and a kit.
  3. 03On a paid plan, set the number of spots, and keep the waitlist on or close the form when it fills.
  4. 04Share the link. Check students in on your phone when they arrive.

Questions

Can I limit the class size?

Yes, on any paid plan from $7. On Tickets, you can set how many of each ticket you have on any plan.

Can I run a series of dates?

Yes. Recurring Events is $6 per event on a paid plan, and repeats it weekly, every two weeks or monthly. Each date has its own page and guest list, so a student signs up per date.

Can I sell a class pack?

Not yet. There are no packs or credits a student can spend across dates, and no memberships. A studio that runs on passes needs booking software.

How do I take payment?

Tickets sells spots by card at 6% + 50¢ per paid ticket. An RSVP Fee charges one price per person, by card on any plan, or by Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Cash App straight to you on a paid plan.

Can a student cancel?

On Register, yes: from their confirmation or an emailed link, and that frees the spot. On Tickets, you refund them from your dashboard.

What can't it do?

It's built around dated events, so there's no class timetable across instructors, student accounts, or attendance history between events.
