Pay per event

Plans are one-time, from $7 per event up to 1,000 registrations, with no seats and no subscription.

In the room or remote

Keep your office as the location and add a join link, which goes only to people who registered.

Internal by default

A guest password keeps a page to your team, and Apply lets you approve each person.

The questions you need

Ask about teams, dietary needs or sessions: 1 question on a free event, up to 10 on a paid plan.

Your name on it

Paid plans remove RSVPlinks branding and give you a custom link. A custom domain is an add-on.

Lists you can use

See who registered, export a CSV and check people in at the door from any phone.

How it works

  1. 01Pick a template, and add the date, the place and the agenda.
  2. 02Keep it open, add a guest password for internal events, or choose Apply to approve each person.
  3. 03Add a join link if people can attend remotely, and a co-host to share the work.
  4. 04Send the link to your team. Export the list for catering, and check people in on the day.

Questions

How does billing work?

Per event, once. A free event takes 20 registrations, and paid plans run from $7 up to 1,000 registrations. Credit packs cost less if you run several a year. An account holds up to 15 upcoming events.

Can we sell seats to an external event?

Yes. Tickets sells seats, company tables and sponsorships at 6% + 50¢ per paid item, paid into your own Stripe account.

Can several people run the event?

Yes. A free event has 1 co-host, and a paid plan has as many as you need.

Is there a team or company account?

Not yet. Each event belongs to one person's account, with co-hosts added per event. There's no shared billing, single sign-on, or company-wide admin.

What can't it do?

There's no badge printing, session-by-session agenda booking, CRM sync or invoicing. A large conference needs a dedicated event platform.
