A webinar registration page that keeps your join link private

Paste your Zoom, Meet, Teams or stream link once. Your page shows one Register button, and only people who register get the link, on their confirmation and by email. You keep the meeting tool you already use.

A private join link

The link isn't on your page, in link previews, in search results or in public calendar files. Your page just says it's online.

One Register button

No Going, Maybe or No, and no account or app for your guests.

The link, by email

Guests get it on screen and in their confirmation. Paid plans also send a reminder with the link the day before.

Questions up front

Ask what they want covered: 1 question on a free event, up to 10 on a paid plan.

Your list, in one place

See who registered as it happens, and export a CSV for your email tool.

Charge if you want

Switch to Tickets for a paid webinar. It's 6% + 50¢ per paid ticket, and the link comes with the ticket.

Webinar and online class templates

Tap a design to try it as a guest. All the wording, prices and colors are yours to change.

How it works

  1. 01Create your event from a webinar template. The location starts as Online and Register is already on.
  2. 02Choose Add your join link beside the location and paste your Zoom, Meet, Teams or stream link.
  3. 03Put the time zone in your description, and add a question if you want one answered up front.
  4. 04Share your page. Everyone who registers gets the link, and you see the list fill up.

Free for up to 20 registrations per event. Paid plans from $7 per event, one time, up to 1,000.

Not online? Use a free event registration page. Teaching a course? See class registration.

Questions

Is my Zoom link really hidden?

Yes. The link stays out of your page's HTML, link previews, search results and public calendar files. It goes to a guest once they're confirmed: on the confirmation screen, by email, and in reminders on a paid plan. Anyone who has it can still forward it, so use your meeting tool's waiting room if that matters.

Which meeting tools work?

Any web link: Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, YouTube Live and the like. RSVPlinks runs the sign-up page, not the call.

Is it free?

Free for up to 20 registrations per event. Paid plans from $7 per event, one time, up to 1,000. The join link is free on every plan, and guests never need an account.

Do people get reminders?

Every plan sends a confirmation with the link, as long as the form collects email. Adding a join link turns that on. A paid plan also sends a reminder the day before, and you can choose another day. A free event sends the confirmation only.

What about time zones?

An event holds one time with no time zone, and shows it as you typed it. Write the zone in your description, like 12:00 PM Pacific.

Can I charge for a webinar?

Yes. Set How guests respond to Tickets. It's 6% + 50¢ per paid ticket with no monthly fee, and the join link goes out with each ticket. Free tickets cost nothing.

Can I run one in person and online?

Yes. Keep your venue as the location and add a join link too. Guests see the address on the page, and only confirmed guests get the link.

What can't it do?

It doesn't host video, so there's no chat, polls, recording or attendance tracking here. Those stay in your meeting tool. If you need all of that in one place, a webinar platform fits better.
