Tables and seats · 6% + 50¢ per paid item

Tickets for trivia, casino, poker and bingo fundraiser nights

For PTA trivia nights, booster casino nights, charity poker tournaments and church bingo. Sell whole tables and single seats, add round or table sponsors and extras like extra cards, and scan every player in at the door.

Tables of eight

Sell a team table at one price, up to $5000. Each seat gets its own ticket, and the captain names the players.

Single seats too

Sell single seats beside the tables, and seat solo players together on the night.

Round and table sponsors

A sponsor pays and types their name and link, and it shows on your page once you approve it.

Extras with their own stock

Extra bingo cards, a mulligan card, a chip pack of play money or a drink ticket, bought alongside a seat.

Games for the room

Party Games ($6) can deal every player a bingo card on their phone, call it live and check claims, or draw a door prize from the guests who came.

A ticket for every player

Each person gets a QR code and a door code, and several phones can scan at once with no app.

Trivia, casino, poker and bingo templates

What each sale costs

The same fee applies to every paid item, whoever pays it. Worked out with the function checkout uses.

ItemYour priceOur feeBuyer pays the fee: they payYou cover it: you receive
Single seat$25$2$27$23
Table of 8$200$12.50$212.50$187.50
Round sponsor$150$9.50$159.50$140.50
Extra bingo cards$5$0.80$5.80$4.20

A table of eight carries one fixed fee where eight single seats carry eight, so a team buying together pays less.

How that compares

RSVPlinks sits mid-table, and some tools here cost less. Zeffy costs nothing for registered nonprofits. Read each note: a low rate can come with a monthly price or card processing billed on top. The full breakdown is in our ticketing platform comparison.

Our arithmetic from each platform's published rates for a one-ticket order, with Stripe's standard US 2.9% + 30¢ where a platform bills card processing separately. It leaves out tax, currency conversion, monthly plan costs and any custom pricing, and passing a fee to the buyer changes the base slightly. Partiful doesn't publish a rate, so it isn't here.

How it works

  1. 01Start from a trivia, casino, poker or bingo template, then save your event.
  2. 02Set up card payments with Stripe. The money goes to your organization's account, not ours.
  3. 03In the Tickets tab, add a table, a single seat, your sponsors and any extras, with how many you have.
  4. 04Share the link, approve sponsors as they come in, and scan players in at the door.

Free to set up. 6% + 50¢ per paid item, nothing on free tickets.

Questions

What does it cost?

Nothing to set up and no monthly fee. Each paid table, seat, sponsorship or extra costs 6% + 50¢, the platform and card processing fee, with card processing included. You choose whether the buyer pays it or you cover it.

Is it free?

Setting up costs nothing and there's no monthly fee. Each paid item costs 6% + 50¢, the platform and card processing fee, and paid tickets don't count against a plan. Free tickets do: Free for up to 20 registrations per event. Paid plans from $7 per event, one time, up to 1,000.

How do trivia teams work?

Sell a table that seats your team size. The buyer gets a ticket per seat, names each player and sends them their own. Solo players buy a single seat, and you put them on a team on the night.

Can we sell raffle tickets or run a 50/50?

No. There's no raffle or 50/50 tool here, and most states license those separately, so check yours before you run one on paper. Party Games can draw a door prize from your guests with no money involved.

Can players win money at casino or poker night?

Not through RSVPlinks. A ticket buys a seat; the chips, the dealers and the prizes are yours to arrange. Charity gaming rules are set by your state, so check them before you sell.

Is this cheaper than Zeffy?

No. Zeffy says it charges nonprofits no platform or card fee, and asks payers for an optional tip. If you're a registered nonprofit and low fees come first, start there. RSVPlinks suits a host Zeffy can't take, such as a parent group with no EIN of its own, or one that wants the event page, seating chart and door scanner in one place.

When do we get the money?

Card payments are paid out to your bank every Monday once your balance reaches $25; a smaller balance goes out after 30 days with no new payment. In a month where the fees on your card payments don't cover Stripe's payout costs, the difference (about $3.50 at most) comes out of the payout. "Pay out now" sends your balance any time for $1, from $5. Money from your first ticketed event pays out 3 days after the event. Ticket and RSVP Fee money from a new seller pays out 3 days after the event, until they have sold $250 across 5 payments on finished events.

What can't it do?

There's no live scoring, leaderboard or chip count, so keep score the way you do now. There's no raffle, 50/50, auction or bidding tool, and RSVPlinks doesn't supply chips, dealers or prizes. Charges are in US dollars.
