Lunch & Learn
Registration
A lunchtime edition of the paper for a forty-minute talk, with lunch counted from the list.
Free for up to 20 registrations
For lunch-and-learns, Medicare and open enrollment sessions, tax and estate planning seminars and CE classes. One Register button, a meal choice, a limit on seats, reminders before the day, and a private join link for anyone attending online.
Set a limit on a paid plan, and new registrations join a waitlist when the room is full. You promote from it in order.
Ask for a meal choice and count it from the list: 1 question on a free event, up to 10 on a paid plan.
Every registrant gets a confirmation by email. A paid plan also sends a reminder the day before, and you can choose another day.
Keep your venue and add a join link for a hybrid session. The link goes only to people who registered.
Open Door sign-in on a tablet, or check people off your list from any phone, then export a CSV that says who came and when.
Recurring Events ($6 on a paid plan) repeats a seminar, with each date on its own page and list.
Tap a design to try it as a guest. All the wording, prices and colors are yours to change.

Yes. CMS sets the rules for Medicare marketing, such as what an educational event may include, and those are yours to follow. RSVPlinks doesn't check your page or your event against them.
There are no CE certificates, credit tracking or attendance reports beyond the CSV, no session-by-session agenda booking, and no CRM sync. RSVPlinks doesn't review your page against CMS Medicare marketing rules or any other industry's advertising rules.
