Free for up to 20 vendors · You approve each one

A vendor application page where you choose every booth

For craft fairs, farmers markets, holiday bazaars, festivals and food truck nights. Vendors tell you what they sell and request a booth, you approve the mix you want, and only approved vendors pay the booth fee.

You approve each vendor

Apply turns your page's button into Request a spot. Requests wait in your list, and you approve or decline each one, or approve them all.

The fee after approval

Set a booth fee and approved vendors pay by card at 6% + 50¢, or straight to you through an app such as Venmo or Zelle on a paid plan. Nobody pays before you say yes.

Booth sizes that sell out

For sizes with their own count, use Tickets with Approve buyers first: each size has its own stock, and only vendors you approve get a link to buy.

A waitlist built in

Every request waits for your answer, so a full market still keeps a list of who asked. When a booth frees up, approve the next vendor.

The grounds on a website

The market website holds booth sizes, fees, rules and a photo of your grounds map, with the application at the end.

Answers by email

Approve and Decline email the vendor, and an approved vendor's email carries the link to pay.

What a booth fee costs by card

Paid by card after you approve the vendor, worked out with the function checkout uses. A payment through an app straight to you carries no fee from us.

How it works

  1. 01Start from a vendor template, and add your dates, booth sizes and rules.
  2. 02Keep Apply on, write your question, and set the booth fee. Card payments need Stripe; a paid plan adds Venmo and the other apps.
  3. 03Share the vendor call, and approve the mix you want as requests come in.
  4. 04Approved vendors pay by the link in their email. Export the list for your booth map.

Free for up to 20 registrations per event. Paid plans from $7 per event, one time, up to 1,000.

Questions

Is it free?

Free for up to 20 registrations per event. Paid plans from $7 per event, one time, up to 1,000. Requests count toward that limit. A card payment costs 6% + 50¢, and a request costs nothing.

How do vendors pay?

Set a booth fee and the form shows the price due after approval. Approved vendors pay by card once your Stripe account is set up, on any plan, or straight to you through an app such as Venmo or Zelle on a paid plan.

Can I sell different booth sizes?

Yes, two ways. On Apply, ask which size a vendor wants with a question and set one fee. Or use Tickets with Approve buyers first: each size is a ticket type with its own count, approved vendors get a private link to buy, and a size shows sold out when it's gone.

Can vendors upload photos or an insurance certificate?

Not here: there's no file upload. Ask for a link to their shop or photos in your question, and collect insurance certificates and permits by email.

Is there a waitlist?

Every request waits for your answer, so the list keeps everyone who asked. When a booth frees up, approve the next vendor. On Tickets with Approve buyers first, approval holds no stock, so approve only as many vendors as you have booths.

What can't it do?

There's no file upload, jury scoring or rubric, and no booth map that assigns spaces: approve vendors here and place them on your own map. Vendor agreements, permits and insurance stay between you and your vendors. Charges are in US dollars.
