Charity Golf Classic
Tickets
A tee-time pass with foursomes, single golfers, dinner seats and hole sponsors.
No monthly fee · 6% + 50¢ per paid item
For charity golf classics, booster club scrambles and chamber outings. Sell foursomes and single spots, dinner-only seats and mulligans, take hole and title sponsorships, and check golfers in at the registration tent from a phone.
Sell a foursome as a table of four, up to $5000, beside single spots. Each golfer gets their own ticket, so a captain can send them on.
A cheaper ticket for spouses, sponsors and anyone who skips the course and comes for dinner and the awards.
Sell mulligans, a cart upgrade or a sleeve of logo balls as extras with their own stock, bought alongside a spot.
A sponsor pays and types their name and link, and it shows on your page once you approve it. You add the logo.
The golf outing website holds the day: registration, the shotgun start, lunch at the turn and the awards dinner, with the dress code and a rain plan.
Each golfer has a QR code and a door code. Volunteers scan from their own phones, several at once, with no app.
Tap a design to try it as a guest. All the wording, prices and colors are yours to change.

| Item | Your price | Our fee | Buyer pays the fee: they pay | You cover it: you receive |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single golfer | $150 | $9.50 | $159.50 | $140.50 |
| Foursome | $600 | $36.50 | $636.50 | $563.50 |
| Hole sponsor | $300 | $18.50 | $318.50 | $281.50 |
| Mulligan | $10 | $1.10 | $11.10 | $8.90 |
On a small extra like a mulligan the fixed part of the fee weighs most, so some outings sell mulligans in packs.

Our arithmetic from each platform's published rates for a one-ticket order, with Stripe's standard US 2.9% + 30¢ where a platform bills card processing separately. It leaves out tax, currency conversion, monthly plan costs and any custom pricing, and passing a fee to the buyer changes the base slightly. Partiful doesn't publish a rate, so it isn't here.

Free to set up. 6% + 50¢ per paid item, nothing on free tickets.

Nothing to set up and no monthly fee. Each paid foursome, spot, sponsorship or extra costs 6% + 50¢, the platform and card processing fee, with card processing included. You choose whether the buyer pays it or you cover it.
Setting up costs nothing and there's no monthly fee. Each paid item costs 6% + 50¢, the platform and card processing fee, and paid tickets don't count against a plan. Free tickets do: Free for up to 20 registrations per event. Paid plans from $7 per event, one time, up to 1,000.
Add a table that seats four at the foursome price. The buyer gets four tickets, names each golfer and sends them their own, and every ticket scans on its own at check-in.
A sponsorship includes at least one seat, such as a dinner seat or a whole foursome. The sponsor types their name and link at checkout, and it shows on your page once you approve it. There's no public logo upload, so you add the logo in the Tickets tab.
Yes, with a question: 1 on a free event, up to 10 on a paid plan. Singles type who they'd like to play with, and you set the groups and the cart sheet yourself.
Card payments are paid out to your bank every Monday once your balance reaches $25; a smaller balance goes out after 30 days with no new payment. In a month where the fees on your card payments don't cover Stripe's payout costs, the difference (about $3.50 at most) comes out of the payout. "Pay out now" sends your balance any time for $1, from $5. Money from your first ticketed event pays out 3 days after the event. Ticket and RSVP Fee money from a new seller pays out 3 days after the event, until they have sold $250 across 5 payments on finished events.
Move the date and keep every ticket, or refund. RSVPlinks' platform and card processing fee is never refunded. If the guest paid the fee, a refund gives them everything but the fee. If you covered the fee, they get back all they paid and the fee comes out of your balance. A refund goes through only when your balance covers it.
There's no scoring, leaderboard or handicap calculation, and no tool that pairs golfers: collect partners with a question and set the groups yourself. There's no raffle, 50/50 or auction tool. Charges are in US dollars.
