Date poll: let guests vote on the date
A date poll puts the vote on your invitation. Guests open your usual event link, say which dates work, and once you pick the winner the page fills in the date and takes RSVPs. It is free on every event.

Open a poll
- 1
Open the Date poll tab
On the event dashboard, open Date poll. It is there while the event has no replies yet.
- 2
Add the dates
Add 2 to 20 dates, each with an optional start and end time. Add the same day twice to offer two time slots. A note to guests and the If need be answer are optional.
- 3
Open the poll
Press Open the poll. Share your event link as usual: it now shows the vote instead of the page.
- A Recurring Events date, a demo event, a past event or an event published to your profile can't run a poll.
- While voting is open there is no RSVP form, and link previews, invitations and calendars leave the date out.
- A password-protected page asks for the password before guests can vote.
Pick the date
The tab shows each date's Yes, If need be and No, who said what, and the most popular date. Press Pick this date on the one you want: it becomes the event's date (and time, when the option has one), voting closes, and the page takes RSVPs. Guests who left an email are told the date with a link to RSVP.
Stop the poll closes voting without a pick; the page comes back on the poll's last date, which you can change in the editor. You can remove a vote, or delete the poll and start again.
No event yet?
The free date poll works without an account: make a poll, share the link, pick the winner, then create the event on that date with one click.
